Refund Policy – When and How Do I Get a Refund?
If your plans change, your refund is just a few clicks away—as long as you cancel in time.
Luggage Drop offers full refunds when cancellations are made at least 24 hours before your scheduled check-in time.
✅ Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
You cancel 24+ hours before your check-in time
Your booking is canceled through your Luggage Drop account
The refund is requested before your booking begins
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled check-in
No-shows, when both the check-in and check-out times have passed
Bookings that were not canceled through your account
Refunds requested after the booking has already began or ended
Our locations set aside space for each reservation. Late cancellations and no-shows prevent other travelers from using that space, which is why we hold firm to this policy.

Log in at luggagedrop.com
Go to “My Bookings”
Select the booking and click “Cancel”
Confirm the cancellation
If eligible, your refund will be processed automatically
💳 How Long Do Refunds Take?
Most refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days
