  • Wrong email? — Make sure you used the correct email address when booking (no typos!)

  • Used a phone number? — If you booked with a mobile number only, you may have received an SMS instead

The fastest way to access your booking is through your Luggage Drop account:

  1. Visit luggagedrop.com

  2. Click “Log In” (or “Sign Up” if it’s your first time)

  3. Enter the same email or phone number used at checkout
