How Check-In and Check-Out Works

Edited

Drop your bags. Explore freely. Pick them up later. 💼➡️🗺️➡️💼

Here’s exactly how the process works—quick, secure, and fully digital.

🧳 How Check-In Works

  1. Arrive at your booked location
Make sure you arrive during your selected drop-off window and the location’s open hours.

  2. Open your confirmation email or text
It includes a unique QR code or secure PIN code.

  3. Scan or enter your code at the check-in point

    • At staffed locations: show your QR or PIN to the team member

    • At self-service kiosks: scan or enter your code on the screen

  4. Tag your bags
You'll receive a tag to attach to each bag (or it will be done by a host, depending on the location). This tag links your bag to your reservation.

  5. Store your bags securely
Your items will be placed in a locked, non-public storage area until pickup.

⏱ Most check-ins take 1–2 minutes, no paperwork, no hassle.

✅ Pro Tips for Check-In

  • Have your QR or PIN code ready before you arrive

  • Make sure your bags are zipped, closed, and labeled

  • Double-check the pickup time and closing hours of the location

🧾 How Check-Out Works

  1. Return to the same location within your pickup window

  2. Use your QR code or PIN again

    • Staffed? Show your code and they’ll retrieve your bags

    • Self-service? Enter your code to unlock your assigned storage unit or alert the system

  3. Grab your bags and go
Your tag is cross-checked and removed, confirming the handoff.

❗ What If I’m Late or Early?

  • Running late?
Contact support as soon as possible. If the location is still open, we’ll hold your bags until you arrive.

  • Early pickup?
If your bags are ready and the location is open, early pickups are usually allowed—use your code to check.

  • Missed your window?
Reach out to our support team or drop spot location to reschedule your pickup or find a solution. If needed we will coordinate with the location to get your items back to you as quickly as possible.

🔐 Safety Reminder

Your QR code or PIN is your digital claim check. Never share it with others unless you want someone else to pick up your bags on your behalf.
