If you can’t find your confirmation email or SMS, you can still check in as long as you have access to your Luggage Drop account.
✅ Fastest Fix: Log In to Your Account
- Go to luggagedrop.com
- Click or tap “Log In” in the top menu
- Use the email or phone number you booked with
- Once logged in, go to “My Bookings”
You’ll see:
- 📍 Location details
- 🕐 Drop-off and pickup windows
- 🔐 Your QR code or PIN code for check-in

Try these quick steps:
- Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for your booking confirmation
- If you used a phone number, look for an SMS with your PIN code
- If you added your booking to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, check there too

You must have your QR code or PIN to check in your bags. Hosts and kiosks cannot accept drop-offs without it.
