How to Cancel or Change Your Booking

Plans changed? No problem—just cancel or adjust before the cutoff. ⏳💼

Luggage Drop allows free cancellations and booking changes up to 24 hours before your scheduled check-in time.

🗓️ Cancellation Policy

• ✅ Cancel 24+ hours before check-in
  → Get a full refund and free up the space for someone else.
• ❌ Cancel within 24 hours of check-in
  → The booking becomes non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
• 🚫 No-Shows (both check-in and check-out windows have passed)
  → No refund or cancellation privileges apply.

This policy ensures availability for travelers and helps our host locations plan accordingly.

🔄 How to Cancel

1. Log in at luggagedrop.com
2. Go to “My Bookings”
3. Select the reservation you want to cancel
4. Click “Cancel Booking” and confirm

You’ll receive an email confirming the cancellation and refund (if eligible).

✏️ How to Change Your Booking

• ✅ Before the 24-hour cutoff:
  You can update:
  • Drop-off/pick-up windows
  • Number of bags
  • Booking details (like contact info)

• ❌ Within 24 hours of check-in:
  Your reservation is locked, but…

  👉 You can still make small updates at check-in, such as:

  • Adjusting your bag count (extra charges may apply)
  • Confirming a different pickup time (if it fits within the location’s hours)

Just speak to the host or kiosk when you arrive—they’ll help with final details.

If you’re unsure of your exact drop-off time or bag count, give yourself a buffer when booking. One flat rate per day = more flexibility and less stress.
