You've booked your spot—now you're ready to drop and go. Here's everything you need to bring with you to check in your bags. 💼🚶♂️
✅ Must-Haves for Drop-Off
- Your Confirmation Code
- This will be a QR code or a secure PIN, sent via email and/or SMS after booking
- You’ll need this to check in—either by scanning at a kiosk or showing it to a host
- Your Bags
- Bags must be zipped, sealed, and ready for storage
- Make sure all items are inside—loose or unpacked items can't be accepted
- Valid ID (in some cases)
- A few locations may ask to verify your identity
- This is usually a quick visual check—no need to leave it with the host
🧳 Bag Prep Checklist
Before you arrive, make sure:
- 🏷️ Each bag is labeled with your name or booking number (if tags are not provided on-site)
- 🔐 All zippers and compartments are securely closed
- 🚫 You are not carrying any prohibited items (hazardous, valuable, perishable, etc.)
- 📦 If you're storing something bulky or unique (like instruments, strollers, etc.), it's securely packed
💡 Good to Know
- You don’t need to print anything—digital confirmation is perfect
- You don’t need to bring payment or cash—everything is handled online
- You can drop off on behalf of someone else, as long as you have their QR code or PIN
⚠️ Without Your Code = No Drop
For security reasons, we cannot accept any bags without a valid booking and confirmation code. If you’ve lost your email or didn’t receive it, ask the drop spot staff for help or contact support before heading to your location.
