Luggage Drop offers full refunds when cancellations are made at least 24 hours before your scheduled check-in time.

You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You cancel 24+ hours before your check-in time
- Your booking is canceled through your Luggage Drop account
- The refund is requested before your booking begins
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled check-in
- No-shows, when both the check-in and check-out times have passed
- Bookings that were not canceled through your account
- Refunds requested after the booking has already began or ended
Our locations set aside space for each reservation. Late cancellations and no-shows prevent other travelers from using that space, which is why we hold firm to this policy.

- Log in at luggagedrop.com
- Go to “My Bookings”
- Select the booking and click “Cancel”
- Confirm the cancellation
- If eligible, your refund will be processed automatically

- Most refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days
- Times may vary depending on your bank or card provider
